Package Your Items
Place the sneakers back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping container to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
